No rentals to anyone under age 25.
 

Rental is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
 

There is a minimum 2 night stay required.
 

Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum.
(MLK, President's Day, Easter, Memorial, July 4th and Labor Day)
 

Thanksgiving requires a 4 night minimum stay.
 

Please add 10% local room tax to your rental charges.
 

A $175 cleaning fee is charged for each rental.

This is a NON-SMOKING house. Failure to abide by this will result in loss of security deposit and may incur additional cleaning fees.
 

Pets ARE allowed, however are subject to an additional one-time fee of $25.
 

Check in is 3:00 pm. Checkout is 10:00 am sharp, no exceptions.
 

Fifty percent (50%) of the total rental fee, and a $500 refundable security deposit are required to reserve the home ($1000 deposit for Christmas and New Year’s reservations). The balance of payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. If you are requesting reservation dates within 30 days or less, the full payment is due. All rents are non-refundable.
